Orders can be cancelled before dispatch—please notify us at farmer@anjaligoldagro.com with your order ID.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Razorpay), typically completed within 7–10 business days.
If we authorize a return, we will arrange reverse pickup via Shiprocket at no cost to you.
Upon approval of damage, we’ll ship a replacement bottle at no additional charge—usually within 3 business days.
No returns or refunds for undamaged bottles once opened. Also not applicable to edible self-consumed goods unless defective/damaged.
Claims made after 48 hours from delivery cannot be entertained.
